Smooth onboarding, robust features

We just implemented BrewPlanner a month ago after a demo. The initial setup for our multi-site operation was quite straightforward; their team helped get us configured with the Winery Management Software. We've been heavily using the Grape Intake Management and Bottling Line Scheduling features. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, being software. Customer support was responsive during the first week when we had questions about integrating our sales orders. The reporting tools, especially Cost of Goods Sold Analytics, are already proving invaluable. Overall, it's a solid platform that met our expectations.

Boosted our planning!

BrewPlanner is fantastic! The Batch Scheduling and Fermentation Monitoring totally changed how we plan. It's so intuitive, and everything just makes sense. My team loves the Mobile Brewery App too, makes updates on the fly super easy. Seriously, this platform is a lifesaver for our small winery. Definitely shopping again!

Consistent, as always

This was my third time using BrewPlanner for our brewery, and the experience was as smooth as ever. We renewed our annual subscription, which saved us a bit compared to monthly payments. The Inventory Management and Production Calendar features are still our daily drivers. It's reliable; I appreciate that consistency.

Great value on annual plan

I was looking for a good deal on brewery software and the annual billing discount for BrewPlanner caught my eye. It was about 15% off the monthly price. The TTB Reporting Tools alone are worth it for the time saved, not to mention the Tank Management. It felt like a solid investment compared to other options I checked out. Very practical for our budget.

I'm part of a local craft brewery guild. Do these guys offer any special pricing or discounts for guild members?

S Sarah Patel 4 weeks ago
I think so. I remember seeing something about a guild member discount somewhere. Worth asking their sales team.

Yeah, I got a discount through my state's guild last year. It wasn't huge but every little bit helps, right?

Does BrewPlanner help with TTB reporting? That's a huge headache for us and if this software can make that easier, it's a big win.

A Andre 1 month ago
Oh yeah, it definitely helps. It has specific TTB reporting tools that pull info directly from your batches and inventory. Made my life a lot easier come reporting time.

M Megan 1 month ago
It generates a lot of the data you need for TTB. Doesn't file it for you, but it compiles everything in a way that makes filing way less of a headache. Huge time saver.

thinking of signing up but don't see anywhere to put in a promo code during checkout. Am I missing something or do they just not do public codes?

D David 1 month ago
Nah, you're not missing it. They don't really do public promo codes. Any discounts usually get applied during the sales process directly.

M Marcus 1 month ago
Yeah, I tried looking for one too. My understanding is any deals are usually negotiated or tied to annual plans, not something you'd enter at checkout.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up for BrewPlanner. Does anyone know if they offer any kind of free trial or something similar to check it out before committing?

D Dana 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they totally do. I did the 14-day free trial last month and it was enough to get a feel for it.

S Shane Kim 3 weeks ago
They also do a free demo. I actually did that first then the trial. Helped a lot with understanding all the features before diving in.

wondering if BrewPlanner has discounts for annual plans? trying to budget for the year and monthly adds up.

F Faith M. 1 month ago
Yep, they totally do. I got a pretty decent discount switching from monthly to annual billing. I think it was around 10-15% off.
3
O Omar 1 month ago
Yeah, for sure. Most of these SaaS platforms incentivize annual commitments. Definitely ask them about it during the demo or when you're talking to sales.

Does BrewPlanner integrate with QuickBooks? That's essential for our accounting workflow.

F Faith 3 weeks ago
It does, yep. I have it integrated with our QuickBooks online and it works pretty smoothly for sales orders and COGS.

N Nick Beaumont 3 weeks ago
Yeah, integration with QuickBooks is one of their features. Makes life a lot easier for tracking costs and sales.

Looking at BrewPlanner but also Ekos. Anyone used both and have thoughts on which is better for a smaller brewery operation? Price is definitely a factor too.

K Kevin 1 month ago
I switched from Ekos to BrewPlanner about a year ago. For us, BrewPlanner was more intuitive with the inventory tracking, and the reporting seemed better. Didn't feel as clunky.
5
R Ryan 1 month ago
Honestly, it depends on your specific needs. Ekos has some good points too, but BrewPlanner's cellar management felt more robust for our barrel program. Hard to say definitively which is 'better' without knowing your setup.

Anyone know if BrewPlanner has a mobile app for checking things on the go? Like, can my brewers update stuff from the tank farm?

P Paula B. 1 month ago
They do! My brewers use it all the time for fermentation monitoring and logging packaging. It's pretty handy.
4
R Ryan C. 1 month ago
Yeah, there's a mobile app. It's not super robust for everything, but for quick updates and checking tank statuses, it's solid.
